Pinot Noir Wine Flight

Our pinot noir wine flight tasting experience explores the different styles of pinot noir we craft here at Holm Oak. Enjoy the five different Holm Oak Pinot Noir wines, all made from select parcels from our Tamar Valley Estate. Taste through the collection and gain an understanding of the different elements involved in crafting these unique, single vineyard wines.

The flight is available for $30 per person, for up to 8 guests.

Winemaker’s Choice, Choose Your Own or Pinot Noir Tasting

Available Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm.
Book your tasting ahead of time so we can ensure a table is ready to go upon your arrival. We offer a variety of bookable tasting options and leave you the option of changing your mind upon arrival – all we need to know is the total number of your group (including children).  We’ll then see how many adults are tasting and we won’t charge you until after the tasting experience.  Please note we have a maximum group size of 8.

Discover our connection to world class tennis

We’re thrilled to serve up a new tennis-inspired tasting at our Cellar Door. Enjoy a serve of our finest wines and hear the fascinating stories of local and grand slam tennis that inspired the name of our wines. Alongside the tasting, we invite you to enjoy our collection of tennis memorabilia including Tasmanian designed and crafted tennis racquets – Tim has quite the collection! Explore our grounds and you will see the trees planted for the Alexander Racquet Company back in the 1930s.

At $40 per person, enjoy a selection of our Wizard and Hot Shot wines – discover why they are the perfect match. Please note we have a maximum group size of 6.

Sensory Garden Tasting

Planted to embody the aroma, taste and texture of the distinctive wine varietals they produce, a self-guided walking tour of the sensory garden is the perfect accompaniment to a premium wine-tasting to better understand the flavours and textures of what’s in the glass. Combining Bec and Tim’s love of gardening and winemaking, this unique Tassie sensory garden tour is a must-do for visitors to the Tamar Valley.

The Sensory Garden Tasting and Tour is closed for Autumn and Winter but will reopen in December 2025.  When you visit our Cellar Door, you are welcome to take a self guided tour of the garden.
