Introducing Pinot d'Pig


If you’ve visited our Tasmanian property, you may have picked an apple from the orchard and fed it to Pinot ‘d’ Pig, Holm Oak’s General Manager. Pinot runs the joint. Pigs are highly social creatures, with incredible long-term memories and cognitive complexities.
