This wine was made using the same juice that we use for our Moscato and is made from the grape variety Muscat a Petit Grains Rouge. The juice was fermented with indignous yeast in old aok barrels. It was allowd to mature on lees for 12 months prior to bottling.
As this wine is made from a Muscat variety it has beautiful lifted floral and spice aromatics. The barrel fermentation and maturation along with wild fermentation has given the wine lovely texture and complexity on the palate. This is a dry Rosé, perferct for summer drinking.
