2005 Riesling Review

…it's a steely kind of Tassie Riesling, bracing and limy, with a scintillating, almost Mosel-like balance of fruit, acidity and subtle sweetness. It really dances on the tongue. It's a kind of balance more Tasmanians could seek, with their naturally steely, minerally, high acid Rieslings. Drink now or cellar for up to 10 years.

Herb and crushed citrus leaf aromas; a tangy, citrussy palate has both balance and length, the extra year in bottle having hugely benefited the wine. 94 points. James Halliday
Wine Companion 2008 Edition

A wonderful spotlessly clean wine with a delightful bouquet reminiscent of roses and limes, followed by a long, flavoursome, lime dominant palate.
4 stars. Winestate May/June 2008.
