Cidermaking Notes
Our dry style perry is made using a selection of locally sourced pear varieties. The pears are crushed and pressed and the racked juice is fermented in tank with a selected yeast strain. Following fermentation the perry is filtered and then transferred to bottle with the addition of some yeast and sugar for natural bottle conditioning.
Tasting Notes
This perry has lovely pear aromas on the nose with nose yeasty notes adding complexity. The palate is rich and creamy with light effervescence
