Winemaking Notes
Muscat a Petit Grains Rouge grapes were hand picked at the Duffy’s Nyah vineyard in Victoria and transported as whole grapes to our winery at Rowella in Tasmania. The freuit was destemmed nad crushed and allowed to begin ferment on skins to ensure maximum flavour intensity. The ferment is then pressed and fortified at the desired Buame level. The wine is the matured in oak and blended as required
Tasting Notes
This is a lovely rich, vibrant Muscat. The nose shows the classic rose petal and raisin aromas that this variety and style is known for, and has a beautiful luscious sweet palate.
