2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking Notes
The 2008 Sauvignon blanc was harvested at 11.5 Baume to retain some herbaceous, gooseberry characters along with some passionfruit. The wine was cool fermented in stainless steel. Post fermentation the wine was lees stirred weekly for 3 months to enhance texture and mouth feel prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes
This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and aromatic wine. It shows powerful passionfruit and gooseberry aromas on the nose, whilst the palate is deliciously refreshing and crisp with lees stirring adding palate depth and complexity.
