2007 Riesling - Sweet
Winemaking Notes
This fruit was for this wine was picked at the same time as the Holm Oak dry Riesling: however, the wine was not fermented to dryness and therefore leaving 50g/L of natural grape sugars remaining in the wine. The more aromatic of the three clones planted at Holm Oak was used to produce this sweeter, aromatic style.

Tasting Notes
This is an intensely aromatic Riesling with great fruit concentration and obvious palate sweetness. The nose shows floral and muscat aromas, whilst the palate is sweet and luscious but balanced with refreshing acidity.
